Apply For WorkBC Services

1. Register for WorkBC Services on apply.workbc.ca:

   1. Visit this page and click "Create an Account": apply.workbc.ca
   2. Follow the step-by-step sign-up process You will login with or register for a BCeID during this process, which you will use to login to Online Employment Services (OES).
   3. Once you click the "Logout & Continue" button in the last step, you will receive a confirmation email with the subject "Online Employment Services Email Verification".

2. Complete OES (Online Employment Services) profile:

   1. Open the email you were sent with the subject "Online Employment Services Email Verification" and follow the directions to setup your account and complete your OES (Online Employment Services) profile.
   2. Once complete, you will be able to access OES anytime at apply.workbc.ca by logging in with your BCeID. This is one of the two online accounts you require to receive WorkBC services, so keep your BCeID username and password safe.

3. Register for your Virtual WorkBC Centre account:

   1. Register for the Virtual WorkBC Centre here: Virtual WorkBC Registration. You will need to enter the BCeID username you used in Step 1 when registering for WorkBC so we can verify you as having applied for WorkBC Services at either the Duncan or Ladysmith Centre.
   2. Once you submit the registration form you'll receive an email with the subject "Welcome to Virtual WorkBC Cowichan - Activate your Account!". Click the "Activate your Account" button in this email - you will be logged in automatically!
   3. In the future you will be able to access the Virtual WorkBC Centre at the Virtual WorkBC Website by logging in with your email and the password. Please bookmark this page for future use. This is the second of the two online accounts you will need to receive WorkBC services, so keep your email and password safe.

BCeID for Online Employment Services

Login to your Online Employment Services (OES) account using the BCeID you registered for WorkBC Services with at apply.workbc.ca!
